Financial information: If you write and print a check with the Martleto, the mobile application will collect and store the following information:
- Business' name
- Business' address
- User's name
- User's address
- Payee’s name
- User’s check amount
- Information contained in the check’s “memo” field.
- Check number
- Bank name
- Bank's address
- Bank's routing number
- Bank's account number
- Bank's starting check number

Information storage and Protection
Sensitive data such as rounting number and bank account number are encrypted. Also all of your personal information will be stored locally on your device in the form of a file.
While we take reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your personal information, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of our security or other safeguards.

Martleto‘s operations are located primarily in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) to the United States. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.

Children (persons under the age of 18 years) are not eligible to use our services unsupervised and we ask that children not submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 18 years, you can browse the Site only in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you are under 18 years of age you cannot use the Membership Section of the Site.
